Roam is a social platform that allows creators, artists, and influencers to easily build personalized multiplayer games for fans using AI. With integrated marketplaces, advertising, music, and branding, Roam empowers users to generate revenue quickly. Unlike Epic Games and Roblox, where game creation is costly and time-consuming, Roam enables game creation in minutes. The platform has partnered with over 70 IPs like Rick & Morty and Lego Movie, and onboarded creators with a combined 138M+ followers.

Toms Ce launched six successful e-commerce brands across niches like toys, women’s skincare, fishing, home, and Halloween products. He gained expertise in paid ads and assisted several companies in optimizing their advertising strategies.

Staging golf championships

Toms Ce recounts his early start in golf, beginning as a referee at age 13. By 15, he became the Chairman of the Latvian Golf Federation’s Championship Committee, leading teams and working with 10+ European pro tours and federations. He co-founded the Latvian Professional Golfers' Association and passed all exams with over 95% before exiting the golf space at age 19.

Toms Ce reflects on his academic journey, dropping out of King’s College London due to a culture dominated by wealth and consultancy careers. In high school, he went from being one of the lowest performers to achieving a record 97.8% in the International Baccalaureate at Riga State 2nd Gymnasium, where he also helped cancel final exams for top IB schools in Latvia.
