Toms Ce recounts his early start in golf, beginning as a referee at age 13. By 15, he became the Chairman of the Latvian Golf Federation’s Championship Committee, leading teams and working with 10+ European pro tours and federations. He co-founded the Latvian Professional Golfers' Association and passed all exams with over 95% before exiting the golf space at age 19.

King’s College London (Business School): it was all daddy’s money, IB, or consultants, so I dropped out.

International Baccalaureate (Riga State 2nd Gymnasium): went from 3rd worst in class to scoring 97.8%; the highest ever at my school. Got final exams canceled for the top IB schools in Latvia.
